Online dispute resolution

The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform for EU consumers, available at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Our email address for these purposes is info@vaultskin.com.

We are not currently obliged to use, and have not agreed to use, a specific certified alternative dispute resolution body. If we cannot resolve a complaint internally, we will provide affected consumers in writing with details of a relevant ADR entity that may be competent to deal with the dispute and whether we are prepared to submit to its procedure. Our complaint-handling process is set out in our Terms of Service.

Liability for content
